Sound Healing

Sound healing is an ancient practice, thousands of years old, where the harmonious sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, and koshi bells help your body and mind enter a state of deep relaxation.

During the session you don't need to do anything - simply rest under a blanket and let the sounds carry you. Afterwards you gently return to the present moment through silence and conscious awareness. If you wish, you can also draw a card for the coming autumn.

Wear comfortable, warm clothing. The studio provides everything you need.
