A Taste of Helsinki - Walking Tour

A guided walking tour exploring the history of Helsinki's café and restaurant culture, as well as the evolution of market and hall trading. During the tour, we reflect on how the city's past at the crossroads of East and West is reflected in its food culture - and what its future looks like.

The tour starts at the entrance to the Helsinki City Museum (Aleksanterinkatu 16). Register at the museum's information desk before the walk begins. The tour lasts approximately 1.5 hours and costs 13 €.
