Vihtasillan Syyssutinat 20th Anniversary Market

The Vihtasillan Syyssutinoiden 20th anniversary market takes place on Saturday 29.8.2026 from 11:00 to 15:00 at Mansikkaniemi field (Mansikkaniementie 14, Vihtasilta). The event is organized by Vihtaset ry.

The market features vendors selling handicrafts and baked goods, a raffle, and an information booth from the village association with photographs. Children can enjoy a bouncy castle, fishing, and face tattoos. Vintage vehicles are also on display. The café sells cold and hot drinks as well as sweet and savory treats - brick-oven pancakes, sausages, and more.

Music is provided by Minna Äikäs Duo and Jussi Janhunen.

At 12:00, the Three Villages Market Challenge begins, where the villages of Vihtasilta, Vihtavuori, and Leppävesi compete to see which village's market visitors can create the longest "Hand in Hand" chain.
