Swedish band Fatboy celebrates 30 years of their career in 2026. Since their formation in 1996, the band has been known for their tight ensemble playing and energetic live performances. Their music has been described as "progressive rockabilly in minor key" - a genre in which they stand out through their constant curiosity about new music while maintaining a strong connection to roots music.

To mark the anniversary year, Fatboy heads into the studio at Easter 2026 to record their 30-year jubilee album, with singles being released throughout the spring. The band has welcomed a new member: Thomas "Kakan" Schuldt (double bass, electric bass, backing vocals), who was previously known from the front rows of the band's concerts.
