Do you need help using a computer, tablet, phone, or public services? The city's digital advisor provides guidance at Oodi every weekday - you'll find them at the Helsinki Info desk on the first floor.

The advisor is available Monday to Thursday from 10:00 to 18:00. Digital support is not available on Fridays.

You can book a personal guidance session Monday to Thursday in the mornings from 9:00 to 9:45 or 10:00 to 10:45. To book, call 09 310 10011 (Monday-Thursday 9:00-16:00) or ask at the Helsinki Info desk. Bring your own device - Oodi also has public computers and a printer available.
