Sara Lundberg in conversation with Philip Teir

Sara Lundberg (SE), winner of the Nordic Council Children's and Young People's Literature Prize 2025, discusses her work Ingen utom jag and her career as a writer, illustrator, and artist with Philip Teir (FI).

Sara Lundberg (b. 1971) studied at Konstfack and the Royal Institute of Art in Stockholm. She has won the August Prize - Sweden's most prestigious literary award - twice, most recently in 2017 for her book Fågeln i mig flyger vart den vill. Lundberg has also collaborated with Sara Stridsberg and Ulf Stark.

Philip Teir (b. 1980) is a writer and former head of the culture section at Hufvudstadsbladet. His novel Augustis skugga won the Svenska Yle literature prize in 2024, and he serves as programme director for the literature festival Helsinki Lit.
