Open Writers' Meetings in Maunula

Open Writers' Meetings is a free writing workshop open to everyone, where participants complete short writing exercises based on assignments from the instructor. In the workshop, you write, read texts aloud to each other, and give encouraging feedback. Through these exercises, you learn to transform observations and feelings into text - mini-stories, poems, narratives.

Autumn meetings are held on Fridays in the library's Aquarium room from 14:00 to 15:30 on the following dates: 18.9., 9.10., 6.11., and 27.11. You can participate as many times as suits you.

Instructor: Sari Pauloma. Level: Level 1. Teaching language: Finnish. You will need writing materials or your own laptop or tablet with charger. Number of participants can be 1-10. No advance registration required - free entry.
