Ghost Walk in Vaasa City Centre

The ghost walk takes you through Vaasa's city centre and its shadowy stories: where does the city's ghost line run, how did Consul's wife Moen's salons fare during Prohibition - and do they continue today? Why are the city's workers reluctant to work overtime?

The guided tour walks through Vaasa's city centre and lasts approximately 1.5 hours (about 2.5 km). Along the way you'll hear stories about Vaasa's ghosts, legends and haunted places, as well as the city's history. The tour is aimed at young people and adults - it is not recommended for small children (approximately 7th grade and up, at parents' discretion).

The tour takes place outdoors in all weather, so bring warm clothing and if needed an umbrella or rain jacket. The meeting point is Hovioikeudenpuistikko 18, in front of Original Sokos Hotel Royale and the old Hotel Centrale - arrive at the location no later than 5 minutes before the start. Photography is permitted, but the performance must not be filmed or recorded in any other way.
