Mieli Maasta - Peer Support Group

Mieli Maasta is an open peer support group that meets free of charge and without substances. The group is confidential and is intended for those who feel their own resources are insufficient.

Through peer support, loneliness can ease, feelings of shame and guilt can lighten, and personal resources become clearer. The group also practices taking responsibility for one's own life.
