Flow Jam Helsinki Indoor Surfing Competition

Flow Jam Helsinki is an indoor surfing competition aimed at both experienced enthusiasts and newcomers learning the basics of the sport. Competition classes include Open Bodyboard, Junior Flowboard (under 16 years), Women Amateur Flowboard, Men Amateur Flowboard, Women Pro Flowboard, and Men Pro Flowboard - classes may be updated depending on the number of participants. Top finishers receive product prizes and/or gift vouchers. Admission is free for spectators without a ticket.

Competitors register by purchasing a competition day ticket from Tiketti or Surf House Helsinki's cashier. Ticket sales at the cashier end on 26.9.; tickets from Tiketti are available until the event. A competition day ticket includes participation in the competition, use of a surfboard, a filled bagel (lactose-free, vegetarian), and a non-alcoholic beverage. The ticket also gives you access to all Surf House Helsinki surf lessons at 25 €/hour until competition day 8.10.2026 - get the discount by showing your ticket at the cashier.

Class-specific registration is done through a separate competition system. A more detailed schedule and information about the competition system will be published in autumn. Arrival Instructions:
From the shopping centre: take the purple or yellow lift down to level P4, follow the DOWN UNDER signs. By public transport: first go from the train station to the shopping centre, then take the purple or yellow lift to level P4. By car or taxi (max 2.3 m high): drive directly to level P4 and look for the DOWN UNDER entrance. Outside shopping centre hours: from the Sokos Hotel Tripla entrance outside (Fredikanterrassen) there is a metal lift with DOWN UNDER signs - go to level P4 and follow the signs.
