Musician Pauli (Samuel Kujala), who has experienced a breakdown, returns to his childhood home in Rauma and meets his old school friend Iirinen (Anna Rosaliina Kauno). Iirinen has strange music in mind - music that nobody knew they wanted to hear - and she persuades Pauli to create it with her. Accustomed to perfection, Pauli begins to find solace in unusual sounds and a unique friendship.
