Kino Maunula: A Piece of Beautiful Finland - The Beauty of Errors

During the autumn season, Kino Maunula presents Finnish documentary films on the big screen in the Metsäpuro Hall, with the filmmakers present on site.

This evening's film is "A Piece of Beautiful Finland - The Beauty of Errors" (2026, 94 min, K7). The film tells the story of Tero, whose life is shaken by change: his parents are aging, and his best friend Henri - his own son - finds a girlfriend. The small cottage no longer has room for four, so the father and dog must move to their own place. Loneliness and distance from his son grow, and Henri becomes concerned about his father's wellbeing.
