Motiva x Lastu HATKAT (Motiva ticket sales)

HATKAT 2026 is a joint excursion by Motiva and Lastu to Rovaniemi on 1-2 October.

🟣 The journey departs from Oulu on 1 October in the morning by bus, including shared activities and competitions with prizes. In Rovaniemi, participants join the HATKAT event, where the daytime programme focuses on networking with Lastu students and learning about career opportunities for educators. The evening is spent with Lastu students at shared sittings. Detailed schedules for the day and evening programmes will be confirmed later.

🟣 On the return journey on 2 October, there is a stop in Haparanda for a cultural excursion before returning to Oulu in the evening.

✨ Ticket sales in two rounds: 1st round opens 18 May at 13:00 and closes 31 May - 2nd round opens 24 August at 16:00 and closes 31 August.

The estimated ticket price is approximately 70-88 €, with the final price confirmed closer to the event. Payment instructions will be sent by email to those who have purchased tickets. The price includes bus transport to and from Rovaniemi via Haparanda, one night's accommodation with breakfast, participation in day and evening programmes, and an overall badge. Accommodation is in rooms for 2-3 people, and roommate preferences will be surveyed closer to the event.
