LUNGOR - Poetry, Music and Storytelling

Matteus Bladin's LUNGOR combines song poetry, music and storytelling into a single stage work. The collection was nominated for Album of the Year in the Visa category at the Swedish Manifest awards and tours festivals, concert venues and literary events in Sweden and Finland during 2026-2027.

During this evening, Matteus Blad discusses how poetry becomes song and how song poetry develops into a stage work. Through poetry recitation and musical passages, the work's central themes are explored: human dignity, vulnerability, love, memory and hope. The discussion is led by Dan Henriksson, artistic director of Klockriketeatteln.

LUNGOR will also be presented as a stage work at Nordhus in Helsinki on 2.10.2026.
