Hallinnoijat ry: Autumn Excursion to Tallinn

Hallinnoijat ry's autumn excursion heads to Tallinn on 2-4 November (Mon-Wed). The trip includes two visit destinations, networking, and evening activities.

Departure from Vaasa City Hall on Monday 2 November at 07:15 - the bus will not wait. Accommodation at Metropol Hotel, checkout around 10:00. Each participant is responsible for arriving on time before the return bus departs.

The ticket costs 121 € and includes bus and ferry transport from Vaasa to Tallinn and back, 2 nights' accommodation, visit destinations, and an overall badge. Places are limited. Ticket sales begin 10.9.2026 at 12:00. The ticket is personal and non-transferable, and registration is binding.

When registering, you must provide your first and last name, date of birth, and any roommate preferences. Double rooms are available. After registration, a confirmation email with additional information will be sent to those who secure a place. You will need to bring overalls and a valid passport or EU identity card.
