Wellness Trip to Koli

The welfare committee organizes an autumn trip to Koli National Park on 25-27 September 2026. The trip accommodates 20 kuololainen participants, including first-year members. Note: the weekend coincides with the Herajärvi route.

Price and tickets
A guaranteed bed costs 25 € and a sleeping spot on the cottage floor with your own mat costs 15 €. Tickets are sold at Kideappi on Wednesday 9 September from 12:00. We stay at Ukko-Koli in the Mäntyniemi cottage with 11 sleeping places.

Schedule
Friday departure around 17:00, arrival around 20:00 - we stop at a shop on the way. In the evening the committee provides smash burgers and the sauna is heated. Saturday begins with a bagel and porridge brunch, followed by hiking in Koli's landscapes (3-10 km) and a stop at a shelter. If you wish, you can also pick berries, mushrooms or spend time with board games and films. In the evening sauna and tortillas provided by the committee. Sunday porridge for breakfast and departure back to Kuopio by 12:00 at the latest.

Practical information
