A charity event for nature conservation is held on 22.9.2026! 🌱🏃‍♂️

Running Apparat is a joint event by Oidipus ry and WWF, where funds are raised to combat climate change by walking or running in nature. Donations accumulate as participants reach kilometre milestones and go directly to WWF's nature conservation work. The participation fee can be chosen in the Kide.app service, and the fee includes a badge that serves as a running pass. The event is aimed at students of the University of Eastern Finland. The start and finish point is the grassy area in front of the Natura and Futura buildings (Universitetinkatu 7, 80100 Joensuu). The route runs through the Mehtimäki area and is easy. The event starts at 17:00 and the finish closes at 20:00 - during this time you can move at your own pace.
