A dark, comic animated film for adults in which middle-aged mouse Arnold begins to suspect his entire life is a staged illusion.

Alberto Vázquez (Psiconautas, Unicorn Wars) expands his Goya-winning short film into a full-length existential nightmare. The sweet-looking animation conceals an examination of alienation, power, and the illusion of freedom. A friend's mysterious death deepens Arnold's paranoia and leads him behind the scenes of a megacorporation - but Vázquez does not construct a traditional conspiracy thriller. Instead, he crafts an absurd tale tinged with dark humour.

The film plays with Disney's classic animal animation, Orwell's dystopias, and reality illusions like The Truman Show. It offers neither comfort nor moral lessons.
