Warm Lights Film Fest takes place for the second time at Merikeskus Vellamo on 31.10.-1.11. The event is a collaboration between Xamk Kotka campus integration team and Merikeskus Vellamo, aiming to promote cultural awareness and build connections between cultures.

This year's programme features films from Sri Lanka, Finland, Germany, and Brazil. Screenings are free for all - seats cannot be reserved in advance, and viewers are admitted as long as space permits.

The festival also hosts a separate "Snacking & Socializing" event that requires a (free) ticket. Tickets can be picked up at Xamk Kotka campus or Merikeskus Vellamo information desk during their regular opening hours - or purchased through Lippupalvelu.
