Nuts Hel - Trail Running Event 2026

Nuts Hel is an urban trail running event held in Helsinki's Central Park on 9-10 October 2026. Start and finish are at the Zoo Sports Field.

Five different routes are offered:

25 km - Central Park's signature route, 25 km of urban trail running.
14 km - a fast and varied trail challenge in Central Park.
Nightfall 6k - six kilometres in darkness with headlamps, the city behind you and the trail ahead.
Intro Trail 6k - an accessible 6 km route for beginners, young runners and anyone interested in trail running.
Kids & Juniors - three kilometres of trail for children and juniors.

The routes wind through Central Park's trails and rocky terrain, marked with flags.
