InBody - Body Composition Analysis

InBody body composition analysis shows the amount of muscle, fat, and water in different parts of your body - in under a minute, on a clear report form.

The analysis is free and requires no advance booking. It is performed barefoot while standing and is based on the bioimpedance method, in which a light electrical current is conducted through the body. The analysis is not recommended for pregnant women or people with a pacemaker or similar device.

Prepare for the analysis by avoiding meals and heavy drinking, as well as intense physical exertion for at least 2 hours before the analysis.
