Group Hau's ship gets caught in a mysterious storm and wrecks on a tropical island teeming with dinosaurs. There the puppies meet Rex - a puppy who has been stranded on the island for years and become an expert dinosaur specialist. When arch-enemy Mayor Hanttinen launches massive excavation work to exploit the island's natural resources, he accidentally awakens a sleeping volcano. The puppies must stop Hanttinen before the island is completely destroyed.
