7.10. Brain Health Lecture

The lecturer is Eeva-Liisa Pennanen, a volunteer brain health educator with the Brain Injury Association. She explains brain health in plain language with Savolax humour - in her own words, brain health is not rocket science, but a state of wellbeing achieved through very simple choices.

Over two years, Pennanen has delivered over 40 lectures in Leppävirta and surrounding municipalities. Each lecture is slightly different: she keeps up with new research findings and shares them with her audience.
