Citizen Forum on Artificial Intelligence in Helsinki's Services

Helsinki city organizes a citizen forum on the use of artificial intelligence in city services on October 12, 2026, from 16:00 to 17:45 at the City Hall, Event Square (North Esplanade 11-13). The forum addresses how the city uses AI responsibly, what the EU's AI Regulation means for the city, and how the city communicates its AI use to residents.

The forum is open to all, but participation requires registration. There are 100 places available, filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Register via Webropol form by October 5, 2026: link. When registering, you can submit questions to the organizers about the city's AI use.
