Information on Volunteering in Vuosaari

Information on volunteering tue 17.11.2026 from 16.45 to 18.30, Vuosaari Library stage, Mosaiikkitori 2, 00980 Helsinki.

Free training open to all interested participants. The training covers the basics of volunteering, practical matters, and communication skills, and participants can receive a certificate if desired. As a volunteer, you work according to your own schedule, and there are many different tasks available within various target groups.

Experts will present regional opportunities, particularly at the library, community centre, youth centre, Vuotalo, and sports mentoring programme. Volunteers are needed for events, promoting physical activity, youth centre daily operations, group leadership, homework help, and book shelving.
