Sign Language Short Course

A sign language short course meets at Malmitalo once a month from September to December. Each session has its own theme: September covers the alphabet, October numbers, November weekdays and months, and December Christmas signs plus a glimpse into deaf culture.

Participants are welcome to ask questions freely, and the programme includes "True or False?" questions. If the course sparks interest in further study, the instructor will share information about continuing options.

Thursday 15 October, 5 pm - 6 pm, Taide 3, 2nd floor
Thursday 19 November, 5 pm - 6 pm, Meeting Room 2, 2nd floor
Thursday 17 December, 5 pm - 6 pm, Meeting Room 2, 2nd floor

The second floor is accessible by stairs and lift. Registration for the first session closes on Wednesday 16 September at 12 noon. Free entry, registration required.
