VIP Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. They are named and personal - they cannot be passed on to another person under any circumstances. If the event is cancelled, standard cancellation terms apply.

VIP Package holders will receive a separate email before the event with details on entry schedules and other practical arrangements. Early Entry ticket holders will also receive a pre-event information email. Please check your spam folder as well.

The contact details of VIP ticket holders will be shared with the event organiser for future event-related communications. VIP Packages are provided by Live Nation.
