VIP Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, and standard cancellation terms apply if the event is cancelled. They are personal and cannot be passed on to another person under any circumstances.

VIP Package holders will receive a separate email with entry schedules and other practical details before the event. Early Entry ticket holders will also get a pre-event information email. Remember to check your spam folder.

The contact details of VIP ticket holders will be shared with the event organiser for future event-related communications. VIP Packages are provided by Live Nation.
