ESN Uni Turku Practice Sitz Sale

ESN Uni Turku's Practice Sitz takes place on 10.9. at 18:00 at Osakuntasali (Rehtorinpellonkatu 4B, Turku). The theme is "Finnish Stereotypes". This is an 18+ event - IDs will be checked, and anyone under 18 will be removed without compensation.

Tickets cost 14 € and go on sale Monday 31.8. at 12:00 on Kide.app. Numbers are limited. The ticket includes entry, three light meals (starter, main course, dessert) and unlimited water, plus an event patch. Bring your own drinks if you want them - no glass bottles. The sitz ticket does not include entry to the after-party.

Dress code: anything that represents Finland and/or student overalls. Arrive 15-30 minutes early (17:30-17:45) so the evening can start on time. It is also recommended to eat something before arriving, as drinking during the evening can get heavy.

What is a sitz party? A sitz is a traditional Finnish student dinner where participants sing drinking songs led by the head table's Toastmasters, who keep the evening running and enforce the sitz rules. The programme includes games and punishments for breaking sitz etiquette - always fun, never meant to embarrass. Do not drink before arriving.

Accessibility: Loud noises are expected. The venue is accessible but has doorsteps on the way in. Restrooms are not wheelchair accessible due to their size.
