VIP Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. They are personal and named, meaning they cannot be passed on to another person under any circumstances. Standard cancellation terms apply if the event is cancelled.

VIP Package holders will receive a separate email before the event with details on entry schedules and other practical arrangements. Early Entry ticket holders will also get a pre-event information email. Remember to check your spam folder.

The contact details of VIP ticket holders will be shared with the event organiser for future event-related communications. VIP Packages are provided by Live Nation.
