Absoluuttinen Nollapiste is a Finnish progressive rock band founded in Rovaniemi in 1991, now based in Tampere. The core lineup - Tommi Liimatta (vocals, guitar), Aki Lääkkölä (guitar, keyboards), Aake Otsala (bass) and Tomi Krutsin (drums) - has stayed together for over three decades, building a catalogue of twelve albums that critics and fans regard as some of the most distinctive Finnish-language rock ever recorded. Albums such as Suljettu (1999), Simpukka-amppeli (1998) and Neulainen Jerkunen (1994) are considered classics of the genre.
