About

Afsky is the solo black metal project of Copenhagen-based musician Ole Pedersen Luk, active since 2015. Drawing on atmospheric and depressive black metal traditions, the project pairs raw, abrasive sound with deeply melancholic melodies - all lyrics written in Danish. Four full-length albums released between 2018 and 2025 have built Afsky a devoted following across Europe.

    Afsky released their fourth full-length album Fællesskab on October 17, 2025 via Eisenwald.

    Afsky undertook the European Flagellation Tour 2025, performing with guest musicians across Germany, Poland and other countries.

    Afsky played shows in Helsinki and Tampere, Finland, as well as Riga, Latvia, as part of their Fællesskab release run.
