Alan Olav Walker (born 24 August 1997) is a Norwegian DJ and record producer from Bergen who broke through globally in 2015 with the single "Faded". His melodic EDM style - built on haunting synths, powerful drops and cinematic textures - has earned him tens of billions of streams and a place among the most-followed artists on Spotify. He releases music under his own label World of Walker Music and has built an elaborate fan universe called Walkerworld around his work. His trademark hoodie and mask are as recognisable as the music itself.
