Álvaro Soler is a Spanish-German singer-songwriter born in Barcelona in 1991, who grew up in Tokyo and later settled in Berlin. He broke through across Europe in 2015 with 'El mismo sol' - a number-one hit in Italy and Switzerland that also reached a global audience in a bilingual version with Jennifer Lopez. With four studio albums and over 150 gold and platinum awards to his name, he is one of the most consistent Latin pop acts on the European scene.
