E. L. Karhu (b. 1982) is a Finnish author and dramaturg who graduated from the Theatre Academy's dramaturgy programme in 2008. Their writing explores themes of corporeality, otherness and desire. The novel Veljelleni has drawn attention for its bold treatment of these subjects.
