About

Gogoponies is an all-female thrash metal quintet from Milan, Italy, active since 2017. They coined the term 'fit metal' for their high-speed, irony-laced sound that blends gym culture with heavy riffs - every live show comes with costumes, props and a different setlist. The band has toured across Europe and Japan, and released their second album, Death Before Zumba, in May 2026.
