Gogoponies (ITA), Gehenna Sour

The Milan-based Gogoponies arrive at Telakka in July. The band describes themselves as follows: "We are GOGOPONIES, a fit metal band from Milan, Italy, with fast and rhythmic songs with an aggregative character. Our sound combines fitness and thrash metal with raw energy and sweat for the total package of a sculptured body, both inside and outside. We support girl power, gender equality and LGBTQIA+ community; we are against every kind of violence. No politics, racism, sexism, bullying or anything else that can poison the mind. Contamination is a reason for growth, improvement and widening of views. Freedom through expression. Every show is different, with props and costumes, engaging and fun. We love to party - Pizza. Boobs. Destroy!"
