Matthau Mikojan (born Matti Mikkonen, 26 March 1982, Tampere) is a Finnish rock singer, guitarist and songwriter who rose to prominence as the frontman of hard rock band Bloodpit, which released two albums on major labels before disbanding in 2007. He is the son of Popeda founding guitarist Arwo Mikkonen and the brother of Negative's Sir Christus - making him part of one of Finnish rock's most storied families. Since going solo he has released four albums, toured Finland and Central Europe, and taken on roles as lead vocalist of Kaseva and duo partner to Pate Mustajärvi.
Kaseva's Tampere concerts at G Livelab sold out, with a second show added to meet demand - Mikojan fronting the band as lead vocalist.
Mikojan has an announced solo show at G Livelab Tampere on 28 August 2026 with a new four-piece lineup.
Kaseva, with Mikojan on lead vocals and guitar, played ten concerts in three weeks as part of the band's 50th anniversary touring cycle.
Kaseva launched the 'Kun maailma elää' spring 2025 tour with Mikojan as vocalist, covering multiple Finnish cities.
