Spiha is a Finnish psychedelic stoner rock band from Helsinki, founded in 1998 by Timo Paavola and Henri Fagerholm. The band released two studio albums - Toothhelmet (2002) and Egoreactor (2003) - plus the live record It's Alive! (We Created a Monster) before disbanding in 2005. They reformed around 2010-2011 and have continued performing with an evolving lineup, drawing on stoner rock, prog, grunge and blues influences.
Spiha performed at Bar Loose in Helsinki alongside Kingwhip and Falling Pyramids.
Spiha brought in Mikky Lovejoy as new vocalist in February 2019, with a lineup featuring Timo Paavola on bass, Junza on guitars and Ilkka Pajunen on keyboards.
Janne Kauppi (of Humangod) joined Spiha as vocalist in 2017, with the collaboration lasting until February 2019.
