Pelle Miljoona (born Petri Samuli Tiili, 10 February 1955, Hamina) is a Finnish punk and rock musician, songwriter, poet and author, widely credited as a founding figure of Finnish punk. He debuted in 1977-78 with Pelle Miljoona & N.U.S. and went on to front a string of bands - most notably Pelle Miljoona Oy, whose 1980 album 'Moottoritie on kuuma' became a landmark of Finnish rock. Over a career spanning more than 30 albums and 10 books, his lyrics have consistently tackled anti-war themes, social criticism and youth alienation.
