Misconduct is a melodic hardcore punk band from Kristinehamn, Sweden, active since 1995. Over three decades they have built a devoted international following through relentless touring across Scandinavia, Europe and North America - sharing stages with Rise Against, Dropkick Murphys, Bad Religion and Anti-Flag, among others. Their 2005 album 'United As One' broke onto MTV and ZTV, and the 2010 follow-up 'One Step Closer' earned glowing reviews worldwide. In 2006 the band was named Best Swedish Live Act.
Misconduct played a show at Vaterland in Oslo, Norway in November 2024, part of their fall 2024 tour.

The band announced a fall 2024 tour while working on a new album, with the single 'Punk Rock Holiday' already released.
Misconduct played some of their biggest international shows in Germany, Spain, Serbia, Slovenia, France and England, with audiences of up to 15,000 people.
