Olli-Pekka Heinonen is a Finnish official and education expert. He served as Finland's Minister of Education in the 1990s and later as Director General of the Finnish National Agency for Education. Since 2021 he has led the International Baccalaureate Organization, which oversees IB programmes in over 150 countries.
