Ritva Sorvali (b. 1958, Jyväskylä) is a Finnish actress and singer who trained at the Theatre Academy of Finland. She has worked at the city theatres of Helsinki, Turku, Oulu and Lahti, and spent 15 years at Teatteri Vanhaa Juko, which she helped found in Lahti. Her concert programme Älä elämää pelkää - songs composed by Kaj Chydenius to texts by Finnish poets - has been performed over 315 times, and she won the Thalia-gaala award for best female theatre actor in 2010.
