The Nordic Council is a contemporary circus group formed by Merri Heikkilä, Jakob Jacobsson and Bjarni Árnason. Their work blends circus and comedy, and they have received support from several Nordic cultural funds. In Häppy Hour, the group explores the absurdities of northern nightlife and our complicated relationship with alcohol.
