Virpi Hämeen-Anttila is a Finnish author, researcher, university teacher and translator. Her debut novel Suden vuosi appeared in 2003, and she published her first crime novel in 2014. She is a member of Vaaralliset naiset, a collective of Finnish women who write thriller and crime fiction.
