KOKIMO: Tablescape

HAM's New Art Space opens with Tablescape by the KOKIMO collective, an event unfolding around a long dining table.

The New Art Space offers - affecting both body and mind - compelling encounters with art and artists.

In the space's first open call, the focus was on proposals that enliven the exhibition through performative, participatory means and contain performative elements.

Tablescape (2026) takes place at a long dining table where visitors can enjoy both the gifts of the earth and the gifts of the mind, hear and listen, see and observe, sense and encounter.

The work explores human participation as part of nature, the environment, and various ecosystems. The work comes alive through light, projection, and sound, activating the viewer's mental stage.

KOKIMO is an artist collective founded in 2010, whose members work in performative arts and contemporary art.
