Beginning Exhibition

Beginning is often perceived as light, pure, and hopeful. A blank page. A conscious decision. A solid point from which everything eventually starts to feel understandable. But most beginnings are difficult and messy, accompanied by uncomfortable realizations.

This exhibition approaches beginning as the moment when you become an insight that can no longer be ignored. The understanding that certain roles, habits, relationships, expectations, or forms of self-expression no longer match who you have become.

Why long for a new beginning at all? Why do we start over again and again?
