Nature Relations
ilmainen
Nature Relations is a multidisciplinary exhibition that examines the forest, nature's cycles, and the emotions tied to them - from solace to despair. At its core lies a dialogue between the agency of nature and humanity, inviting viewers to reflect on their own relationship with nature and its protection. The artist group's roots lie partly in nature activism at Stansviken.
Stoa's lower gallery features painting, photography, dance, sound art, sculpture, and installations. The exhibition's artists are the KATOAVA collective, Olli Kaukonen Lindholm, Lauri Lähteenmäki, Minttu Pyykkönen, and Emiel Riiko.
The opening takes place on Helsinki Day, Friday 12.6. from 17:00 to 19:00. As part of the programme, Stoa will host workshops for participants from different backgrounds and age groups - the detailed schedule will be published later.
The exhibition and events are part of the City of Helsinki's cultural services environmental programme. Read more: https://www.stoa.fi/fi/esittely#Ymp%C3%A4rist%C3%B6vastuu
