Dreams of Ballroom Dancing brings authentic ballroom atmosphere to the heart of Sitratoria, with dancers led by Marita Taavitsainen & Koivu. Rusty dance skills are no problem, as dance instruction is also available on site.

A free and open dance carnival for everyone continues in the whirl of Bollywood and street dance. What would it feel like to be part of a professional dance performance? Come and try when Back 2 the Future's interactive show sweeps in people of all ages. The evening culminates in Will Funk for Food's spectacular Fistful of Funk performance!

Dreams of Ballroom Dancing offers movement, music and good spirits throughout the afternoon for all ages. Before the live music, dance instruction is provided. Beloved pop music star Marita Taavitsainen takes the stage with her band Koivu. During their performance, you can immediately try out the skills you've learned in the flow of live music! The dance instruction suits both beginners and more experienced dancers.

In addition to Dreams of Ballroom Dancing, there is a balance beam and balance test, presentation of local physical activity and fitness guidance services, a prize wheel with surprise rewards, and general information about Helsinki's sports and recreation services.
