Meri-Rastila Ramsinranta - New Housing - Join the Planning Walk!

A new residential quarter is being planned at Meri-Rastila Ramsinranta for approximately 250-300 residents. The goal is to increase family-friendly housing development in the area and protect the valuable coastal nature through the detailed plan.

The shoreline zone will become a recreation area open to everyone, and Helsinki's eastern coastal route leading to Vartiokyla Bay will become continuous from the southern part of Meri-Rastila as well.

The planning walk starts from Ramsinniementie 18 - dress according to the weather and wear sturdy shoes. The planners will be on site to meet with residents.
